Reiki Level 1 for Children

I believe children are especially good at learning Reiki because they are so open-minded and often have more faith in the unseen than adults do. Reiki can be a very valuable skill for children. It can empower them to navigate their world, whether physical or emotional. It can work as a coping skill when they find themselves in tough situations and there isn't an adult available to help right away. Reiki can help children trust in their own abilities and give them a sense of control in a world where they may feel they don't have a lot of control over their lives.

During the course the child will learn:

• What Reiki is.
• The history of Usui Reiki
• The Energy Body.
• The Reiki Principles.
• Healing with Reiki and Hand Positions.
• What a Reiki Attunement is and become Attuned to Reiki. This will allow the children to practice Reiki on themselves, friends, family and pets.
• Reiki Activities.

Each child will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate and a manual of the lessons learned.
